Usually we can come out within 36 hours to give an evaluation of the roof. If it's our assessment that there is no damage, then it's simply a $50 service call. If there is storm damage - we can make temporary repairs (tarps, plywood, etc.) until you can get your insurance company out and the process approved - whether for a small repair or an entire new roof.
