Gerard and his team with Andrew's Roofing have been wonderful to work with from beginning to end with the installation of our new roof. They have done numerous roofs in our neighborhood and everyone has been very pleased. Gerard communicates in a very pleasant and professional manner. All of the installers were pleasant, courteous and so professional. High recommendations to Andrew's Roofing!
There is a service charge of $95 to come to inspect and diagnose the issue. This fee includes the roof repair estimate itself, a detailed inspection of the issue, an explanation as to why it's occuring, and what needs to be done to solve problem. A proper inspection of any leak may involve an attic inspection, and/or a ventilation system inspection. We will always try to first inspect the outside of the house to find the issue before entering the home. Keep in mind, it is always better to have someone come look at the leak before the issue beomes larger.

We are extremely pleased with the job Andrew's did on our roof! From the first meeting with Gerardo, I knew they I could trust them to do a good job. He was intelligent and personable and kept us informed on the schedule. The roof looks great and the professional, experienced crew left no mess. They were very careful with our plants, etc. in our landscaping. The price was reasonable and fair for the size of house. They were done in one day. I will recommend them to family and friends.
