The National Fire Protection Association (NFPA) requires that all fire alarm systems be tested. Periodically, some as often as every six months (custom packages available upon request). Volunteer Technology Systems offers 3 year contracts for inspection of your system with a free inspection survey. VTS tracks and maintains all critical anniversary dates so that your equipment and systems are inspected in the month they are due - never late, so you're never fined. VTS maintains copies of all inspection and repair reports for your convenience and protection.
Volunteer Technology Systems employs highly trained professional installers. Many have received direct factory certification and all have been through our rigorous in house training program. The National Training School (sponsored by The Electronic Security Association) is another source of training and certification that is utilized extensively. Our technicians are also certified by the National Institute for The Certification of Engineering Technicians (NICET), National Fire Protection Association (NFPA), International Building Codes (IBC), the Tennessee and National Burglar and Fire Alarm Association (TBFAA & NBFAA), as well as many others.

VTS offer repairs on most brands of fire alarms, security, CCTV, access control, intercom, nurse call, and communication systems. All repairs are performed by an authorized dealer representative. All repairs are backed by a 90 day warranty to ensure the problem was fixed and the equipment is operating properly. VTS offers fast and efficient turn around on repaired equipment which helps to minimize down time.
