Rockwell Gardens is a brand new residential complex that was developed and completed by Eastlake Management & Development Corp, a Chicago based firm, providing the full range of real estate services, along with Burling builders - well known full service General Contractor established in 1978 and headquartered in Chicago. Being completed quite recently Rockwell Gardens has already full occupancy of residents. Considering the fact that it's pretty spread out complex consisting of 15 buildings, it requires an extra effort in complete security for its tenants, multiple lots and overall territory.

Services Provided: Fire alarm, IP Camera system, Door access control, Burglar alarm, Blue light emergency phone. Scope: New expansion to an existing health club, needed to integrate existing systems with new building systems. This building will be adding a night club and we will be expanding all systems into that facility.

With growing of production volumes management faced the problem of lacking of monitoring as well as control over production line and warehouse employees which led to down time and delays in working process. Existing analog CCTV system that was supposed to provide these functions was only able to evidence the events; however, did not give enough details to find out neither what exactly caused a problem and why, nor who was responsible for that. In response to the needs of getting ahead of the problems and better tracking of the entire working process, existing conventional CCTV system was replaced with High Definition IP Surveillance System.

Scope: This was a project that included 7 building in 3 states that needed to work on 1 platform. Lamarco needed to assess each buildings individual security be and design a program that would give maximum coverage while not interrupting Sysmex's daily operations during installation. This project from beginning to final commissioning was 2 years.
