At that time it was a modest extinguisher recharge business. Since then, Hammes Fire & Safety has become a major competitor in the area installing and monitoring fire alarm and security systems for a vast array of clients in southeast Wisconsin. Hammes Fire & Safety works to keep the community secure in a friendly, personal and cost effective way. Tim Hammes was born and raised in LaCrosse, Wisconsin, spending his high school years at Central High School.
