Aaron started out as an IBEW Union Electrician. One day when he was driving to work, he heard a sermon on the radio about the grind of working for someone besides yourself. Something clicked that day and Aaron set his mind to creating a company where he and other people have an environment where they feel challenged and valued, not a place you have to be, but somewhere you want to be. Aaron's background in skilled trades has given him a common-sense approach to solving problems, especially in the mechanical part of the business.
