Frank Ellis moved to Las Vegas in 1972 to finish his service in the United States Air Force. By 1977 he started Ellis Industrial Electronics. During this time the company was upgrading fire alarm systems in hotels like the Sahara, Tropicana, Rivera and Hilton. The company became common name to the construction industry to the point where he was made an offer and sold the company. Frank followed up by starting Lifestyles Music which provided audio video services to commercial establishments in San Diego and Las Vegas.

CES is an certified Notifier Fire Alarm contractor. CES designs and installs fire alarm systems for all commercial applications. Our design experience, knowledge of current code requirements and relationships with the local fire authorities can help you achieve a final permitted fire alarm system in a timely manner. Most of our installations are finished well before the completion deadline. CES coordinates all the documents, submits them to the authority having jurisdiction for approval, calls in and coordinates all the inspections to obtain a final for your project.

CES designs all types of low voltage system. Our sales group and engineers have years of experience of designing systems from the ground up. We partner with our customers to understand their needs, their budgets and their vision for every project. We work closely with architects, general contractors, owner's representative and system users to develop a base design. From there CES will develop a scope of work, specification documents, engineered drawings and coordinate with architects and other trades as needed to provide a successful project.

CES provides access control systems for clients when building access needs to be controlled and logged. CES can provide simple entry access systems, full card in card out systems for times when you need to track entry and exit, audited access systems where cameras work in conjunction with the system to provide a visual record of the card swipe or full level security with man traps. CES can supply the computers, access control card printing, initial record entry and training.
