A simple deck repair job became a much bigger nightmare and ready to explode anytime! Poor workmanship, horrible qualities, unworthy questionable repaired job done by them. The plywood did not fix tight and leaving a big gap along the side by the house. It starts with no gap but as it proceed the gap starting to get bigger and bigger. Also there are gap between the plywood on the side by the yard. Whole line of long nails sticking out closely through the plywood across the deck along the side of the house? There are also several screws came through deck floor underneath the deck rack? those should be nailed or screwed into beam only per other contractors to prevent water leaking directly through it. Poor coating and sealing all over the 4 deck corners, visible size holes that you can see through out at the corners of the deck?
