Are you thinking about a new roof, re-roof, replacement roof or roof repairs for your home or business in the Albuquerque or New Mexico (NM)? If so, one thing is you have to decide on how you will have the work completed. There are a lot of people that think that they can do this huge job themselves, but as they start to get into the project they find that it is way more than they can possibly handle and then become very desperate for help especially on roofing commercial buildings. Depending on whether you need commercial services or maybe repairs selecting the correct commercial roofing company is key to getting the job done right the first time.

Normally you wouldn't be at a web site like this unless you really needed some type of roof work done. Maybe it is an easy to fix leak, or a complete new roof.

If you are a home or a business owner in Albuquerque you know that your roof is arguably the most important part of a house and it is the most critical part to have in working order. What you might not know is that if you need to replace your roof that it will be one of the biggest expenses you will have as a homeowner or business owner. At K-Ram Roofing, Albuquerque's one and only roof doctor, we understand this, which is why we make the hassle of getting your new residential or commercial roof as painless as possible with the following steps.

Looking for metal roofing in Albuquerque, NM? K-Ram Roofing is a reliable metal roofing contractor in the Albuquerque, New Mexico area. For more than 35 years, K-Ram Roofing has been proudly helping with metal roofs in Albuquerque the best for homeowners, stable and energy efficient solutions for their home. Our goal is to maintain 100% customer satisfaction. There are many roofing materials to choose from today. While most homeowners are familiar with asphalt shingles and tile roofs, metal roofs can be an excellent option due to their longevity, beauty, and minimal maintenance requirements.

A number of inexperienced roofers are unable to determine the cause of a roof leak. They will repair an area that is not leaking and leave you with nothing but a headache and another bill. At K-Ram Roofing we are trained and experienced to find the primary cause of the leak so you are not left with questions and worry. Many roof leaks are, in fact, not roof leaks at all. The problem is traced back to faulty stucco on the parapet wall and not the roof and probably most likely caused by the lack of roof maintenance.

Whether you need commercial services or just a repair, selecting the correct commercial roofing company is key to getting the job done right the first time. For the best commercial roofing in Albuquerque, contact K-Ram Roofing at 505-715-4135. Our Albuquerque commercial roofing company is licensed, insured, and bonded- which are a must for a certified contractor. Never attempt this work yourself, unless you are an experienced professional and can ensure safety of yourself and those working with you, and that the roof will be installed correctly.

Preventative roofing maintenance can identify and solve problems as they occur. It can also prevent problems from ever happening- extending the life of your roof. At K-Ram Roofing we believe the best way to keep your roof water tight and healthy is to get it inspected by a licensed Albuquerque roofing contractor annually. That would be us, K-Ram Roofing. In Albuquerque we have one of the harshest climates for a roof to endure. We have the dry high temperatures of the summer and the even drier cold temperatures in the winter.

This company is extremely unprofessional, unethical and careless. We had them do some basic roof maintenance at our house, and immediately after they finished rebuilding a box around a skylight, we discovered we had no power to a section of the house. I notified the salesman/ foreman immediately and he came by and eyeballed the problem and said there was nothing he could do because "he's not an electrician." After days of exploratory and repair work by an electrician (and hundreds of dollars at our expense), which also was a huge inconvenience as it required me to take off more time from work, it was clear that the crew had cut an electrical line while on the roof. I notified K-Ram and asked for reimbursement. Rocky, who I had worked with from the start, assured me he would talk with Gilbert, the owner, about making us whole. That didn't happen. Instead, Rocky directly contacted our electrician and told him he didn't think the crew was at fault. He then proceeded to schedule a meeting at our home without us present with the electrician, basically so he could go through the motions and refuse to pay. I called Rocky and told him I needed to be present for the meeting at which time he told me he had decided his crew wasn't at fault and that he's just a salesman who shouldn't have to handle this. He complained that we and Gilbert had put him in this position and said it's not his company and he can't make these decisions. When I told him I didn't want to meet if they weren't acting in good faith to right the wrong, he said I had my answer and he was done with the situation. I won't use this company again of course and recommend others avoid them at all costs!
