When we provide and install a security system, we have longevity and dependability in mind. We don't cut corners. Still, everything eventually requires maintenance, so we offer the option of a PMA with every sale where we can come to your site and provide adjustment, software updates, backups and inspection of your system including proper lubrication on a scheduled basis. A PMA will pay for itself in extending the life and reliability of your equipment. It is our company policy that we do not provide service on installations performed by others, except under agreements which allow us to bring the installation up to high quality standards.
