Regarding pensacola store: Disgusted. My dash was cracked on my new truck during installation and the owner refused to fix it, I was told the owner would give me a call to discuss, never happened. He apparently doesn't care much about long time customers or your hard earned money once there's a problem to fix. Aside from that the parts installed don't work properly. Sales person is very good but wouldn't have any work done there again because I know now that if there is a problem your screwed
I hope the Mobile store is run better than the Pensacola store, because that store is a joke. I ordered a subwoofer and was told it would take 2 weeks to arrive. It is now > 4 weeks, and not only has it still not come in, but they can't even tell me when it will arrive. Thanks for wasting a month of my time. I will not be back!
