Thanks to the suggestions of the Stratford Ladies of CT Facebook group I went to W. T. Bradley & Son Locksmiths this week. I wanted to support a local, small business and I am glad that I did. Jack & Melanie were so kind, friendly and helpful. I am so happy that I asked for advice because if I didn’t I would have never known about this place and these wonderful people. This is the "go to" place for all things pertaining to locks and keys. Very friendly, knowledgeable and professional. Been doing business with them for decades. Never once did I have to return and say the key doesn't work when I had copies made. When I had a problem with an old Yale lock on my backdoor, Jack told me how to remove the cylinder so that he could give me a replacement; and also explained how to install the new cylinder. So if you are having any kind of lock issues, this is the place to go. You can buy with confidence!
