Zimmerman did an AMAZING job on our house. We got shingles redone on our house a metal roof on our porch and all new gutters, fascia and soffit. Everyone that has come to my house to do work were very professional and they left my yard and around my house cleaner then what is was when they came . Before we signed the contract we have got quotes from other companies Zimmerman was the only company that gave us a follow up call . I 100% recommend them !

I would absolutely NEVER recommend Zimmerman Roofing. After a full roof replacement.3 years later we had a leak into my son's room. It ruined his hardwood flooring and ceiling. When I called them and explained what happened, they didn't offer to come out til 2 weeks out! So now, 3 months later.they will not return my phone calls( and i have left multiple to the owner) they have done nothing to fix the issue either. Too many other roofers out there. I suggest going elsewhere. Such an ignorant company

This company replaced our roof. Within a short period of time, it began leaking, and damaged the interior ceiling. Despite the warranty, they are now refusing to repair the ceiling. At the time of the incident, they said it would be covered. This company is under new ownership. I see a lot of positive reviews online, but it is clear they are from the previous owners. I can not state enough how much I would not recommend this service.

This company is proof that there are decent, honest, responsible people in this world. Two years ago my flat rubber roof was done by Zimmerman's. The roof didn't look right to me, there were a lot of bubbles in it and the edges were not sealed very smoothly. Even though the previous owner of this company thought the job was adequate, the current owner inspected it at another contractor's request, and sent his excellent roofers back to my house to make it right!
New materials, 3 hard working roofers, and 6 hours later, I have a beautiful flat rubber roof. The current owner cares enough about the reputation of his company to fix a problem that was not his fault, at his own expense. Now that's class!
