Asphalt Shingle Roofing
Dimensional fiberglass composition shingles provide superior durability and weather resistance. Available in multiple colors to enhance curb appeal, these shingles offer fire-resistant, energy-efficient roofing with a 25-50 year lifespan. Our CertainTeed-certified installation ensures long-term performance and manufacturer-backed warranties.
Flat Roofing Solutions
Torch-down and mineral surface systems deliver reliable waterproofing for low-slope roofs. Heat-applied membranes create seamless protection against leaks, with UV and fire resistance for up to 20 years of durability. Ideal for residential additions and commercial flat roofs in the East Bay area.
Concrete Tile Roofing
Heavyweight concrete tile repair services extend roof longevity without full replacement. We match existing tiles for aesthetic consistency while addressing cracks, leaks, and structural integrity issues. Specialized techniques preserve investment in durable, fire-resistant roofing systems.
Roofing Debris Removal
Efficient debris removal using dump trailers and trucks minimizes project timelines and property disruption. Our equipment ensures cleaner job sites, protecting landscaping and driveways while improving safety through organized waste management during residential and commercial roofing projects.
