We are going to ask you about your appliance service needs including Brand, and Model number if you have it (if you don't, that's okay) next after a service call is set up our team gets to work on prepping your call based on the description we receive, This will include gathering specific parts we may have available that may be needed for your repair. Our trucks are fully stocked with commonly used replacement parts. We will then call you when our technician is 30 minutes away. Our techs will come prepared with all the tools necessary for the completion of your repair.

Very impressed with Anthony who was upfront and honest re our pathetic washer. needed lots of work that wasn't worth it. He was upfront and told us as it was. no BS! Gave us helpful hints re: what to look for in a new washer etc. Offered to come back and help us set up the new washer if need be, and to call with any questions. Ty for making a horrid, unexpected issue more tolerable.

We go to Anthony for everything appliance related. He is well educated and it shows when he comes to check out your appliance. We had a dryer that wasn't heating up so we called Anthony and he told us that we had to unplug the dryer right away because it was on the verge of catching on fire. So happy we called him. We also had a washer that the inner tube broke and we set up an appointment with him and he showed up early and was done fixing the machine within 15 minutes. We haven't had any issues with it since. I would highly recommend Anthony for everything to do with appliances.
