Highly recommended! I called on a Friday, got an appointment for Monday morning between 8-12. Got a call 20m out for arrival time. Dryer was fixed (two broken pieces) within 30 minutes and the technician had the replacement pieces with him. I will definitely be using their services again! Thank you!

0 stars! Worst service I have ever had! Took 2 guys tocome to my house to fix W and D. Didn't listen to anything I them. Told me part for washer no longer made. Unplugged washer, saying to me not to use it or water would run our from broken drum. Yet owner told my warrantee compay that hia tech had fixed the washer, just by cleanING out the pump. I tol owner they would have had to run water thru. It if that was case, BUT the had not. He lied to my warranty company thereby causing me to be without washer yet another month. Am disgusted with them.
