I bought a new Whirlpool washer for 1/2 the price Lowe's was selling it because it had a few scratches. When I bought it Taylor explained that it had a 1yr manufacturer warranty and I must contact Whirlpool directly if I had any problems. Well a week later it wasn't working so I called Taylor, she called my wife as soon as she hung with me to see exactly was the washer was doing and told her she would have a tech come that day. Within 30 minutes the tech( George) called to tell my wife he was on the way, 2 technicians arrived at my house and both were friendly and polite. Ten minutes after arriving he found the problem, my hot water valve was off! (Yes, I felt pretty stupid). I will definitely buy appliances from Preferred Appliance again and call them for any appliance repairs. Taylor could've told me to contact the manufacturer, but sent a technician out at no charge, that is awesome customer service!
