This was my first time using Advance. I called to schedule an appointment and Tammy was pleasant and informative. Our Technician, Wayne, called when I expected to give me a two hour window for arrival. He was on time and diagnosed the problem and even made it back the same day with the needed part and installed it. He helped us decide if repair or replacement was the best call. The price was fair. I will absolutely use this company again! Hopefully, not too soon.
