I am writing this because it has been such a terrible ongoing experience with Eco Roof and Solar company. I use to sell residential real estate and referred Mark Brown with Eco roof and solar to multiple clients. When the large hailstorm hit Northwest Denver we needed a new roof. I called two roofing companies and one of them was Mark with Eco. Mark came over, was respectable and polite and on top of it when we met with him.

It all went downhill from there. I can only imagine how Mark and Eco must treat clients that do not refer them business if this is how somebody who has referred them business and would have continued to do so was treated. We agreed to work within the scope of the insurance claim. We were receiving some additional funds for broken screens, fencing and lighting at our home. The roofing company is now trying to claim that we owe them that money as well.

Not to mention they damaged several bricks and mortar on the back of the home, came to the home at least 4 times and tried to repair the damaged brick and mortar themselves. The work was so terrible we finally had to demand they hire a professional to repair the damage. We finally thought we were done with them. Mark apologized and pretended to care. I then realize there was a black piece of material on the front of the house by the roofline and I asked Mark what that was.

He told me it was to protect the house and that we could get up there and remove it. I remove the material and come to find they had broken and damaged even more brick and mortar and tried to cover it up. This has been nothing but negative and the company has handle it so poorly I cannot even begin to explain our frustration. We are now at a point where we're going to have to consider further action and continue to deal with this situation.

No matter how much business a company gets when there's a natural disaster like a hailstorm they should never handle their customers with such disrespect. I will never recommend Eco or Mark Brown to anybody and I hope that you take this review into consideration when deciding who you want to work with.
