I have purchased several appliances through the years from Mullet's. All products have worked well except the last washer. I am on the third repair in five years. The cost for the repair is about half the cost of a new machine. I believe this machine is defective. I average, at most, 3-4 laundry loads per week so I'm not abusing this machine. When I asked if they would work with me on the purchase of a new washing machine, I was told that they would waive the $45 trip fee for the repair visit. In my opinion, they do not stand behind what they sell and seem to have an attitude of complete indifference. I'm very disappointed.
