ABSOLUTELY THE MOST RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL COMPANY! They were called out to repair a refrigerator the technician was rude and unprofessional to my daughter, and cussed at her. Left a mess when leaving and did not complete the repair. Then when we spoke to the technician he cussed my wife out and hung up on her, followed by blocking her number. My wife then called the owner who was even more rude, saying the technician told him my wife cussed him out, she does not even know cuss words. He was condescending and beyond rude! Obviously this is accepted behavior and condoned by the ownership DONT USE THIS COMPANY!
