All of our cooling units are hand-welded by highly skilled tradesman using an oxy-fuel welding process rather than the mig welding process used by the OEM and our competitors. Our polyurethane evaporator foam packs are made in highly precise molds to ensure easy installation in the refrigerator cabinet. It's pretty common that your RV refrigerator, direct from the manufacturer, will not last forever.
In 1994 after several years working in the refrigeration industry, and due to the fact that manufactured RV refrigerators had a consistent high-failure rate, the need for safer, quality aftermarket cooling units became evident. That is how RV Cool RV Refrigeration came to be. We build the toughest aftermarket cooling units for Norcold and Dometic RV refrigeration in the industry.
