I could not be more please w/ C&W. Our 25 year old sub zero went out and i spent 2 hour researching what it would cost to replace as i've hear horror stories on repairs. Chase, with C & W came out and found a very minor repair. Will NEVER use any other company for appliance repair. Very highly recommend!
We have used C&W since we moved to Dallas. They have helped us with a Subzero ice maker that was not up to standards and procured a new one. We have a 4 year old Wolfe Range that does not like its large oven cleaned. Cleaning blows the thermostat, cooling fan and Boards. Thanks to C&W, Subzero has gone the extra mile in repairing this. Techs are honest, knowledgeable, good at dealing with customer frustration. The best.
