DEC 2015: $79.99 seemed high for a service call, but the knowledgable technician (Maytag Washer) gave me a suggestion to fix the problem myself. He saved me $407!

Excellent customer service. Casey came to my house, once to assess the situation, then again to fix/replace my range top. He was very professional both times. Called before arrival, was on time, polite and was very careful of surroundings so not to damage counters, etc. Highly recommend!
