Nothing worse than your clothes dryer going on the blink on Friday morning fully loaded with wet clothing. I called Shaw's and left a message. Within a half hourCurtis called to schedule a service call for this morning, April 16, 2018, at 11. Ethan, the technician, called about 10:15 to say he was going to be early! He arrived at 10:30. He found the problem with my dryer really quick! Replaced the thermal switch! He even cleaned up all the lint in the back of the dryer! He was finished with the job before 11! Kudos to Curtis and Ethan for their professionalism and politeness! If you are in need of repairs on your appliances CALL SHAWS APPLIANCE!
Our dishwasher is back up and running! Ethan was our technician and did a great job. He was friendly, professional and knowledgable. And not only on time but early with a call ahead. Very pleased with Shaw's!

The health and safety of our employees, family, and especially you our valued customers is a high priority. In accordance with the CDC guidelines our service department and our downtown office will be closed for a self quarantine period as of today 1/4/21.
Once again Shaw's Appliance is proud to participate in the annual Decorate and Donate a tree program with the Hollister Downtown Association. It has become an annual tradition for us to participate in this event. The girls did a great job this year as always decorating the tree.
