ICE DR. appliance service plans provide preventive maintenance for our commercial and wine cellar customers. Preventive maintenance can keep your equipment running smoothly and allows our technicians to catch any small issues before they turn into large and expensive problems. Having a technician on location regularly also allows our customers to ask questions or receive training on the care and use of their appliances and equipment. All ICE DR. appliance service plans are tailored to the type and quantity of equipment at each location, as well as the needs of each customer.

The entire preventive maintenance routine takes about one hour and gives our technician the chance to inspect for other issues, like Freon leaks, before they become big problems. Although usually performed on a yearly basis, preventive maintenance on a wine cellar that has the condensing unit outside the home should be done twice a year, at the end of both summer and winter. This allows our technician to make any necessary Freon adjustments to compensate for the different air temperatures during the course of the year, and it's necessary to prevent the wine cellar from activating the high or low safety switches and shutting off the refrigeration system.

Although most of our clients are commercial establishments, we have found that many of our residential customers have the same specialty appliances and equipment in their homes. In response, ICE DR.'s line of home appliance repair has become just as specialized as our commercial work. For our residential customers, we offer services for espresso machines and wine cellars. Espresso machines can range from small home machines to larger commercial equipment. For smaller home espresso machines, ICE DR. offers a drop-off service Monday through Friday at our repair facility.
