Tim Grabowski Roofing just completed the replacement of my barrel tile roof and they far exceeded all of my expectations. The office staff is polite, courteous and very responsive. They completed tear off, dry in, hot mop and tile delivery in 9 days on a 6500 sq. ft. roof. AMAZING! Each crew was so professional and highly skilled. After each days work my home looked cleaner than when they started. I received estimates from all the major companies and Grabowski roofing saved me thousands. This company is 5 STARS x 1000.

Literally the best company – we used them seven years ago to replace our roof and so many people in our neighborhood loved how clean and quick they were and professional. Subsequently a lot of people then contracted with them and used them and just one week ago we had a slight wall leak that really wasn’t related to the roof but they came out and fixed it with no charge and we were extremely grateful -best company out there!!!

We hired Tim Graboski roofing to do our re-roofing project. The project was done with attention to detail (no hotspots in colors). We used motified bitumen as an underlayment. When we recently had an issue, it was taken care of quickly. They just replaced a section of fascia board under our supergutter by our pool. All work was done meticulously and on time. I highly recommend Graboski roofing.

Unfortunately, we can’t recommend this company. We think we probably have a good roof but customer service and satisfaction doesn’t exist with this company and we would not wish our experience on anyone else. We hired Grabowski Roofing, which by the way was more expensive than other estimates we received, to replace our roof. The project started the end of October and finished the first week of February. Over four months. The project started out smooth with good communication from the president of the company overseeing the job. Problems started to build as the wrong tile was delivered and loaded onto our roof. President of the company told us they were not responsible because the tile manufacturer delivered and put the wrong tile on our roof. However, our roof contract was not with the tile manufacture it was with Graboski . Over 12 weeks went by while new tile was ordered and the old tile was removed from the roof. I wrote to the owner Tim Graboski expressing concern and disappointment and my email was ignored. To compound the issue the 2nd order of new tile that was placed on our roof was also the incorrect tile. Yes that’s right, the company loaded the incorrect tile on top of our roof twice. We were concerned about potential damage to the roof repeatedly loading all this tile off and on our roof so we asked to keep the incorrect tile that had been loaded on our roof even though it was not the color we had ordered and not the color we wanted. Basically we compromised on the color of the tile just to get the project completed. The roof was completed a few days ago and we are now waiting on a copy of the inspection report. To this day we have not received any type of apology from the company so I decided to share out experience.

Graboski Roofing came through for me. Throughout the process they kept me updated on the progress of the work and it all went off seamlessly. The quality of the workmanship is so impressive, I could see the pride that the installers and the foremen took in their work. And least of all was the professionalism and politeness of everyone involved, even on the hottest days the installers still managed a smile and a hello. Now that the roof is done we have gotten many compliments. Nowadays its hard to find a quality and trustworthy company, I found that at Graboski roofing, thank you!

Tim Graboski roofing shows up when they say they will. Their crews are incredibly efficient at getting done what needs to be done. Each stage, really, was flawless. Communication is excellent. They cleaned up every day when they were done. Took everything with them. I never came home to a dumpster or a mess. I saw them with my doorbell camera hosing down the house with a hose, and blowing it dry with a leaf blower - at the same time. (Who could ask for more than that??) Their payment terms are set forth clearly and without any misunderstanding. They billed appropriately for each stage, and any additional expenses (replacing rotted wood, permits, etc) was billed separately to avoid any confusion. At the end, I called and asked for copies of closed permits, release of lien, and information for homeowners insurance discount. They replied, "we mail all that in a big packet." Got it the next day, it had already been sent out. Really could not have asked for better service or a nicer finished product. Thank you, Tim Graboski roofing!!

After interviewing 3 roofing companies, we selected Tim Graboski. We had an issue with the City, but Graboski roofing worked diligently to resolve the matter. They helped us with our HOA approval. They provided a proposal, which we made changes to without any issues. There were NO hidden fees, which I'm always fearful of when dealing with a new contractor. Sharon was AMAZING, answering my emails in minutes! Once we were clear to begin the project, the crews came out and were so quick, even my neighbors commended. I especially liked the fact that they had separate crews doing each step of the process --- it felt like experts were involved at each stage. We are very happy with the service and quality we received from Graboski roofing.
