We are a full service roofing contractor, which means that we will do the complete job from the tear off to the re-installation of the new roofing system, as well as repairing or patching any type of roofs. We are certified installers of many rubber roofing systems. We are also certified installers for the Duro-Last, Genflex and G.A.F single ply PVC and TPO roofing systems. Other types of roofing that we do include asphalt shingles, rolled roofing and built-up roofing. We are a SPF (Sprayed Polyurethane Foam) applicator for DOW and BASF.
Our painting service includes both interior and exterior jobs. We can apply all types of coatings from latex to epoxy systems with the proper preparation and equipment to ensure the customer a quality job. We have the knowledge and experience to paint schools, factories, and churches along with any other commercial or industrial application.
Our masonry restoration services include tuck pointing, chemical cleaning due to carbon build up or just general cleaning to improve the overall appearance of the building. In addition we offer waterproofing and weatherproofing services to our customers along with sealant applications. Other services offered include brick, block and stone laying services. Media blasting and sandblasting services are also available along with pressure washing and sand injection techniques. We have the knowledge and capabilities to apply special restoration coatings to help preserve and protect your building.
As a commercial remodeling contractor we are able to provide our customers' with the capabilities to do the job from demolition to finish painting. We are able to complete jobs of different sizes from replacing one door to a complete renovation and doing so in a timely and orderly fashion with minimal disturbance to the surrounding areas. We have done such projects as the Northwest Plains District Office in Ottawa to the City Loan Building in Lima. Some of the projects that we have done included the Pepsi office in Lima Ohio, Bunge North America's office, Van Dyne Crotty's offices and break room both in Delphos and also we have done projects for the Allen Metropolitan Housing Authority.
