Lundy Services, LLC. is a commercial specialty contractor based in Dallas, Texas. We are a performance oriented Millwork and Drywall contractor serving the North Texas Area since 1988. The ownership team of Lundy Services, LLC is comprised of Joe Sardina, Jason Marshall, and Ken Phillips. Each partner brings their own vast experience of the construction industry. Joe Sardina is responsible for the Corporate Operations of the company. Jason Marshall is responsible for the Millwork Division. Ken Phillips is responsible for the Drywall Division. Collectively, they work to make Lundy Services a leader in the Dallas/Fort Worth construction market. Lundy Services, LLC is composed of two divisions, one that specializes in custom commercial millwork and the other specializing in commercial drywall.

Our millwork division provides custom commercial millwork that meets the highest of quality. Our two locations (Dallas and Farmers Branch, Texas) assurers that we can meet the toughest of schedules your project may demand. With state of the art automated machinery, including panel saws, planer/sander, edge banding, dowelling and CNC machines, Lundy Services is capable of providing products meeting the highest standards. All finishing is applied in our environmentally compliant spray booths. Lundy Services can provide finishes as simple as a clear finish or as complex as glazes, crackle finishes and dyes.
