Stucco Installation
Foley Exteriors installs durable, aesthetically pleasing stucco systems using modern materials and techniques. Our process includes weep screed installation, dual-layer building paper, galvanized lath, and optional rainscreen technology. We serve residential and commercial clients across Minnesota with customized solutions that enhance property value and weather resistance.
Stucco Repair
We specialize in precise stucco repairs that restore structural integrity and appearance. Our method involves proper lath integration, moisture protection, and color-matched finish coats. Common issues addressed include cracks, water damage, and paint failure, with solutions that prevent future deterioration in Minnesota's climate.
Stucco Refinishing
Our refinishing service revitalizes existing stucco surfaces through texture matching and color updates. We prepare surfaces properly before applying new finish coats, ensuring seamless integration with original materials. Clients receive color charts and texture samples to achieve their desired aesthetic while maintaining structural integrity.
Moisture Intrusion Remediation
We address moisture issues in stucco systems through comprehensive assessment and targeted repairs. Our process includes identifying problem sources, removing damaged materials, replacing framing/insulation as needed, and reinstalling stucco systems with improved moisture management features to prevent recurrence in Minnesota's freeze-thaw cycles.
Stucco Sandblasting
Foley Exteriors offers professional sandblasting to remove peeling paint from stucco surfaces. Our in-house crews use controlled techniques to preserve underlying materials while achieving clean surfaces ready for refinishing. This service prepares stucco for proper recoating without damaging the textured surface.
