Our company was originally founded in 2007 by Bobby Parks after his successful management of and his departure from one of the largest deck building companies in Atlanta at the time. Historically, Atlanta's construction market is very slow to adapt and implement new building materials and methods relative to other parts of the United States. With the creation of Peachtree Decks and Porches in 2007, Bobby introduced low maintenance decking and other building materials to a market where wood and only wood was king.

Modern deck and porch building is complex and utilizes high performance materials. It is no longer something just anyone with a pickup truck can be trusted to do. Peachtree Decks and Porches has the expertise and passion to ensure your project adds value to your home and provides years of fond memories-not maintenance. Trex & Composite Decks Designing and building Trex and composite decks is our specialty. Over the years, we've worked with hundreds of clients just like you that realized the shortcomings of their existing deck and wanted to create a unique outdoor living space that looked beautiful and required very little maintenance.

Peachtree Decks and Porches provides all of the design services your project requires as part of the design/build process in-house for the nominal fee of only $75.00. In some cases, we will engage the services of a structural engineer to assist us with planning complex load requirements. Every project is unique, but typically the design requirements include the following key elements: Initial Site Visit and Meeting, Preliminary Feasibility Study, Initial Design Phase, Budget Preparation, Review and Selections Meeting, Final Design and Agreement.
