We have multiple divisions in operation for this scope of work, including Concrete, Rough Carpentry and Steel. The project itself is a new warehouse and office space for California Backyard, totaling almost 50,000 square feet. The buildings design is concrete tilt-up panel walls with a roof structure made up of glue laminated beams. Our Metal Stud and Drywall Division has been through an amazing transformation since its inception in 2004 where we started out performing work on small TI projects throughout the Sacramento Valley.
In 2006, LB launched our Structural Steel division. LB's Steel Product and Services include design, fabrication, and erection of structural and miscellaneous steel. We have a 50,000 square foot indoor fabrication facility which house houses modern fabrication equipment that has been added over the last few years including five overhead 10-ton cranes, heavy duty plate processor, press brake, Waterjet, and much more. LB is an American Institute of Steel Construction (AISC) Certified Fabricator. Our project experience includes new build and retrofit with project types ranging from large scale multi-use, to schools, commercial facilities, residential retrofits, and everything in between.
