We had our roof reshingled 3 years ago by another company. We never saw the owner except when he gave the estimate and when he collected the money. After about 2 1/2, when it would rain hard, the roof would leak. I contacted them numerous times in a period of at least 6 months about it and they couldn't seem to find out what the problem was. He always sent someone that worked for him. Sometimes, they wouldn't even return my calls. I contacted Mid- State about it and Thomas White immediately saw where the issues were and we hired them to fix the problems. They were here very quickly and Thomas stayed practically the entire time. They had to replace the entire back side of the roof. The roof has not leaked since they made the repairs. Thomas has even contacted me to ensure there are no problems with the roof. I highly recommend Mid- State Roofing to anyone with roofing problems. They are thorough with the inspection and execution of the project.
