Sunrooms
Custom-designed sunrooms provide indoor-outdoor living spaces that enhance home value. Our structures use energy-efficient windows and skylights to maximize natural light while maintaining temperature control. Each sunroom is built to match your home's architectural style, avoiding generic 'kit' constructions for a seamless aesthetic integration.
Screened Porches
Timber-framed screened porches create comfortable outdoor living areas protected from insects and weather. We design these spaces to complement your home's exterior while maintaining architectural harmony. Our construction methods ensure durability and visual appeal, transforming underutilized spaces into functional extensions of your living environment.
Decks
Custom deck construction offers unique outdoor living solutions beyond basic box designs. We create extensions of interior spaces using premium materials and staining options. Our decks integrate seamlessly with existing architecture while providing versatile areas for entertainment and relaxation in Lynchburg's climate.
Gazebos
Freestanding or deck-mounted gazebos add architectural interest to outdoor spaces. These structures provide shaded areas for relaxation while enhancing property aesthetics. Our timber-framed constructions combine traditional craftsmanship with modern design principles for lasting durability and visual appeal.
Under Deck Roofing
Under-deck drainage systems transform unused spaces beneath upper-level decks into functional areas. Our solutions protect against water damage while creating additional storage or leisure spaces. This system effectively converts previously unusable areas into valuable extensions of your outdoor living environment.
