Cross Environmental Services is the industry leader for asbestos removal projects. As a pioneer in the asbestos industry, CES developed and refined many of the asbestos abatement and removal techniques in use today. Over the past 20 years, we have performed partial, phased and complete interior demolition of commercial, retail, governmental, industrial, military, public and private schools.

Cross Environmental Services, Inc. was founded in 1988 by the President and CEO of the company, Mr. Clyde A. Biston and Mr. John Agan. Mr. Agan died in 1997. CES has grown into one of the largest owner-operated full service environmental, asbestos abatement and demolition firms in the State of Florida. Our projects are large and small, public and private, new and historic. We are very proud of our client service and professional history and offer our valued clients a diverse team of professionals having a unique blend of expertise.

Government Services Agreement allows CES to provide turnkey environmental contracting services to any portion of the Federal Government. Our GSA contract is user friendly and is based on unit rates (quantities) that provide a basis for firm fixed fee pricing. There are no nebulous hourly rates that add risk and cost to the Project Owner's budget. The Cross Environmental Services GSA contract is very comprehensive as it relates to scope of services. We provide pricing based on type of structure, number of stories, and related building components.

Cross Environmental Services, Inc., was founded in 1988, and is a family owned and operated specialty contracting company. Our core business activities include interior, external, and commercial demolition, along with asbestos removal, and indoor air-quality projects. In our two decades of service, CES has seen steady and consistent growth. During the period, CES has earned an unsurpassed reputation in our industry for consistently providing quality workmanship, competitive pricing, and timely completion of our projects.

The adverse effect from mold and related indoor air quality issues has become one of today's more sensitive environmental concerns. Health, safety and liability issues associated with mold have all been magnified in recent years, resulting in increased awareness by those affected, and increased liability to those responsible. At CES, we understand these issues, and can provide relief to all parties. Based on a broad range of experience dating back to our first mold remediation project in 1996, CES has developed containment, construction and remediation techniques that comply with EPA, NYC Health Department and IICRC guidelines.

CES maintains a well staffed Mechanical Insulation Division. This division was initially conceived as a complement to ourasbestos abatement activities. Most older pipe insulations contained asbestos components and the insulation division allows us to provide turnkey services for our customers. As a service entity, the Insulation Division at CES has seen steady growth and has developed into more than just a re-insulator. Our forces have completed new and remodeling projects in environments ranging from retail space to industrial sites.
