Services
New Roof Installations
We install composition, metal, and specialty roofing systems for residential properties. Our team ensures proper ventilation and waterproofing while maintaining aesthetic appeal. Backed by manufacturer warranties and industry certifications, our installations enhance property value while providing long-term protection against Oregon's weather conditions.
Roof Cleaning
Specialized cleaning services target moss, algae, and debris accumulation on composition, wood, and tile roofs. We use environmentally safe solutions and low-pressure washing to extend roof lifespan. Post-cleaning treatments inhibit future moss growth while preserving roofing materials' integrity.
Cedar Restoration
Gentle yet effective restoration for cedar shake roofs combines manual debris removal with protective treatments. Our process maintains natural wood characteristics while addressing moisture retention issues. Regular maintenance prevents dry rot and extends the service life of premium cedar roofing systems.
Commercial Roofing
Duro-Last PVC membrane systems provide durable, energy-efficient commercial roofing solutions. Our installations meet strict building codes with seamless membranes that resist leaks and UV degradation. We specialize in flat and low-slope roof systems for warehouses, retail spaces, and office buildings.
Roof Coatings
Silicone-based coatings create waterproof barriers on aging roofs, extending service life by 10-15 years. This cost-effective alternative to replacement seals minor cracks and improves energy efficiency through reflective properties. Ideal for commercial buildings seeking to defer capital expenditures.
