Would you buy lumber that melts at 180°F to build your dream home? Build with the security of knowing Thermocore foam will NEVER melt, is not a source of fuel, and is self-extinguishing. Doesn't your family deserve that level of protection? I have been sold on SIPs and Thermocore from the beginning of this home building project. Your company is very well respected. I know my new home will be better built because we specified Thermocore panels. I appreciate your engagement and effort. I have nothing by the highest respect for your company and how it is changing the building process in the USA.

Thermocore was started in 1993 with one goal. To take the idea of structural insulated panels (SIPs) and improve it. After all, no other building insulation product had as much to offer as SIPs.yet they failed to gain mainstream acceptance. In their research, Thermocore uncovered a number of improvements that were needed in order to move SIPs forward. First, Thermocore determined that SIPs needed to be as close to waste-free as possible both during the manufacturing process and once on site. Panels also needed to be completely customizable without penalty and be trade-friendly too.

Thermocore panels, pre-cut and pre-engineered to exact specifications means less labor and less build time on site. CNC cutting of panels ensures that each panel is exactly what specified eliminating jobsite mistakes. No more sorting through materials. Build time is everything in commercial construction, so let Thermocore show you how to increase jobsite productivity while cutting labor. Standard features such as pre-cut door/windows and electrical boxes and conduit are included in the panels. Thermocore also offers an industry leading Class 1 foam core that will not melt when exposed to flame.

Although we can, and often do, work with existing drawings, you may prefer to partner with a designer who has proven success in designing and building with Thermocore SIP panels. Feel free to contact us and we can assist you with a recommendation or we can work with a designer you have already selected. If you a designer or architect that is experienced with Thermocore SIPs and would like to be added to the list above, please contact us.

Timber framing and SIPs are a natural match. The beauty of natural wood framing combined with the superior energy efficiency only a SIP can bring. Like most things in life, not all SIPs are created equal. Thermocore's Structural Insulated Panels with a polyurethane foam core gives you the highest R-value per inch, combined with more standard features than any other panels system. Features like complete CNC cutting of doors and windows and full electrical boxes and conduit are installed custom to your plan.

Thermocore's focus is manufacturing panels custom to your specification with no extra charges often found with other panel systems. With Thermocore it's all included. Thermocore SIPs put no limits on an architect's creativity. Just send us your architectural drawings or CAD files for residential or commercial buildings and we'll design the SIPs package for you. Thermocore will make your vision come to life faster and more energy efficient than outdated stick frame methods. With CNC cutting technology, Thermocore can achieve accuracies you just can't get in the field.
