Our removable and reusable insulation covers are manufactured in Evansville, Indiana, a city in the heart of the Midwest. Fit Tight Covers is proud to be owned, managed, and staffed locally. Unlike most removable insulation, Fit Tight Covers fit the best because they are sewn in the actual shape of the equipment, whether that is a single valve or an entire piping system.

We manufacture removable and reusable thermal insulation covers for commercial and industrial mechanical piping and equipment. Fit Tight Covers is proud to be the only insulation cover fabrication shop in the Midwest capable of servicing nationwide demand with the highest grade removable insulation covers. With over 10,000 square feet of space and an experienced team of full-time fabricators, we can quickly and accurately produce any type of removable cover. The first step to our quality check actually begins before the blanket is produced. The Work Instructions Packet is produced for every job. The packet is distributed to every department, including design, CNC machine operators, sewing, insulation fabricators, and QC. Upon completion of fabrication, the blanket goes to the QC (Quality Control) Department, which currently includes two full-time inspectors. Each QC inspector works on one blanket at time. The FTC Quality Check is completed in full on each blanket before moving to another blanket.

We can send a trained representative to your facility to quickly measure the equipment. These measurements are then transferred electronically to our design department to begin development immediately.
