RW Mulligan has long been considered the premier roofing and siding company serving eastern Long Island. As the only GAF Master Elite Roofing Contractor and GAF Master Commercial Roofing Contractor on Long Island we are fully qualified to install all types of steep slope roof and low slope roof systems. Working on Long Island has been extremely rewarding. It has given us the opportunity to meet some wonderful people and to work on some very special projects.
