Specialty Fitters Inc. (SFI) is a specialized mechanical piping contractor that works directly with customers to develop innovative, customized piping solutions that enable industrial gas systems to operate with optimal efficiency and productivity. As a service oriented company we engineer, build, and install customized piping for systems that require liquid, gas, and high-pressure gasses. Established in 1996 in Elyria, Ohio, we have a successful project and customer history and we serve as a preferred piping contractor for many of the leading bulk gas suppliers.

Insulation will reduce heat loss or gain, maintain process stability, protect against fire, control condensation vermin and corrosion, reduce noise and vibrations, save energy, protect the environment and most importantly protect personnel. Depending on your project, Specialty Fitters offers insulation choices. Fiberglass - the most common one made from molten glass spun into microfibers The insulation is molded or flexible, heavy-density, with or without factory-applied jacket. Commonly used in commercial buildings, power generation facilities, process and industrial piping applications.

Specialty Fitters has the ability to design and build to your preferred specifications; either on-sight or in-house. We have manufactured walkway construction by building catwalks, platforms, stairs, ladders, handrails, personnel baskets, and safety cages. We utilize stainless steel, aluminum, carbon steel, galvanized steel, steel alloy, and copper.
