Services
Roofing Installations
Our expert roofing installations use premium Owens Corning, Certainteed, and GAF shingles with limited lifetime warranties. We remove old materials completely, inspect decking, and install high-performance underlayment for maximum durability. Every project includes ice & water shield application and balanced ventilation systems for long-term protection.
Roofing Repairs
We provide 24/7 emergency roof repair services for storm damage, leaks, and structural issues. Our team specializes in vent pipe flange replacement, flashing repairs, and shingle replacement using manufacturer-certified materials. All repairs come with written labor guarantees and are completed by trained company employees.
Flat Roofing
Professional flat roofing installations use polymer-modified bitumen membranes with self-adhesive or industrial adhesive options. We avoid fire welding techniques for safety, focusing on durable, leak-proof systems for residential and commercial properties. Includes aluminum roof coating for UV protection on commercial applications.
Flashing Applications
Custom flashing applications prevent water intrusion around skylights, chimneys, and HVAC units using PVC, galvanized metal, or synthetic materials. Our certified technicians ensure watertight seals with proper material selection based on environmental conditions and roof type compatibility.
Siding Installations
Certified CertainTeed siding installations create weather-resistant barriers while enhancing property aesthetics. We remove old siding completely, inspect sheathing, and install insulated vinyl or fiber cement options with foam backing for energy efficiency and long-term durability.
