I love my HF water bottle.but now wish I had bought the wide mouth. I can find no way to keep from losing the cap. Every handle, etc. that I find is for wide mouth.not regular mouth. Any suggestions on how to attach lid to bottle when I remove lid?
Extremely poor customer service. Emailed 3 times with no reply. Phoned and was helped by one rep. When called for clarification, was "schooled" by the rep on their IT issues, the large volumes of emails they have yet to address and my "place in line!" I was interrupted repeatedly and also hung up on at the end Hydro Flask, how disappointing!
Wife and I have been looking for a large container with a closable lid for our waters. I work in the cattle industry and carry water with me in the hot summer months. This thing keeps my water cold even after sitting in the sun and or vehicle. Definitely would recommend this. Also the price was not bad.
