In 2013 we got a call from an international event company contracted to build the America's Cup private viewing, entertainment, and retail venue a half mile off shore on Pier 27. They were required to hire a San Francisco general contractor for the utilities and certain aspects of the interior for the massive Team Building, the Luis Vuitton Pop Up store, and the Oracle Building. We saw opportunity and possibility - and jumped. The timeline was six weeks. We laid miles of electrical wiring, installed lighting, plumbing, a caterer's kitchen, bathrooms, private showers, flooring, outdoor plant installations, painted walls and ceilings, and installed pre-constructed retail displays.
Design/Build in San Francisco is our where our expertise lies; it's our focus, our passion. We've installed new kitchens and baths, moved walls, built outdoor and rooftop decks, built new staircases renovated whole house interiors, and constructed new additions. We've built accesory dwelling units (such a great idea!,) wine cellars, and that coveted room behind the garage that leads out to the back garden. And just as importantly, we treat your neighbors with respect when we work, and communicate on your behalf, when necessary and appropriate.
Bay Build Design offers in-house interior design services. From vision to reality, our designer works closely with the client and project manager to make sure the design/build process is efficient, cost effective and timely. If you are working with a designer, we provide design management to ensure product acquisition, fabrication (when necessary, ) delivery, and installation is seamless.
