It is a cute museum and the kids liked it. However, charging the adults to watch their kids is a bit much. Why not raise the fee for the child a little bit and not charge for the parents!
Our 1st time taking our 4yo son on Mother's Day. It was ok; we can now say we went. Nothing fantastic or somewhere we would really recommend. Especially for the price & a relatively small place. Could tell many of the areas & items weren't wiped dn or cleaned. Quite a handful of things broken/not repaired. (i.e. cash register, wooden racing cars, sound mics & stations aren't loud enough, outside slide blocked off, arbors not tended to, unappealing paint trays in face painting station, etc) Wasn't a huge factor on this day since it wasn't really crowded, but imagine the chaos on crowded days & dealing w/ broken stuff? Surprised that the tractor isn't interactive whatsoever, other than simply sitting on it. And we were very confused as to why we weren't permitted to carry our coffee mugs, but saw others carrying & eating snacks.
I had my daughters 4th bday party there. It is clean and I like that there is only one way in and out of the exhibit area so it was easy to keep An eye on the kids. My biggest complaints are actually with the pricing and party packages. I think it's silly to charge adults $9.50 to go somewhere to watch their child play. Most places (ie bounce kraze and skyzone) do not charge for an adult when clearly they aren't there to use the facility- it's for their children. Secondly- the party package charges per child/adult even if you invite children that have memberships to the museum. I would think from a business stand point you would want to allow children/ parents who alrdy have memberships to be able to join a bday party without a charge and just charge for kids/parents who do not have a membership (maybe in hopes they would really like it and come again?). I will take my kids again but would probably not recommend it for a birthday party.
