Our original Appleton location opened its doors with open hearts in 2005 followed by our newest facility in 2008. Our Appleton memory care facilities have 38 apartments. Each resident has their own private room with a half bath. In each of the two wings, you will see the circular motion of our rooms, enabling staff to meet the needs of each resident. The layout of our Appleton home allows staff to be available to offer the best care and offer 1:1 time with each resident. With this in mind, we created an environment that is simple and practical, yet comforting.
