The goal of Freemasonry has always been to change the man and thereby change the world. Masonry teaches fundamental truths that apply to all men in all ages. However, without a focused plan, little is accomplished. The leadership of the Grand Lodge of Nebraska has carefully crafted this vision and mission statement to act as guideposts to our daily actions as a Grand Lodge. It is important that the Grand Lodge set the standard for individual Masons and confirm to the public that we are alive and active.
Masonry's system of ethics was founded on the belief that every man should strive to improve himself while maintaining his faith, family, job and country as the top priorities in his life. More information about Freemasonry is available in our FAQ's. In addition, two members of the lodge you apply to join must recommend you for membership. If you don't know two members, a meeting can be arranged for us to get to know you. You will be contacted presently by a Master Mason. If elected for membership, the camaraderie and personal growth you will find in Freemasonry is truly unmatched by any other fraternal organization.
Happy historical birthday to William Jennings Bryan, born 160 years ago today.

So many fun pieces of Masonic swag. This bronze Shriner was a radiator cap from the 1920s. It originally would have had the fez and cummerbund painted red. What is your favorite item of Masonic Swag in your own collection? Post a photo in the comments of your own items.
