I would like to take this opportunity to introduce myself and tell a little bit about our company. My name is Albert Lee. I graduated from Petoskey High School in 1979. After four years of service in the U.S. Navy, I began my roofing career in 1983. Lee Roofing began as a sole proprietor and is now incorporated with the State of Michigan. We are family owned and operated. Specializing in residential and commercial roofing. We are certified applicators of CertainTeed roofing products and offer a two year workmanship warranty on our new roofs.

Our sales staff will come to your home or business with color samples designed to match new gutter color with your existing fascia and siding colors. We have a variety of methods for keeping debris out of your new gutters. We will remove and haul away your old gutter if needed.

Many times home owners and business owners will replace an entire roof because of isolated leaking. If you have a chimney, skylight or roof penetration that is leaking often these can be repaired at a significant savings over replacing the entire roof. We understand that contractors who are not successful trouble shooting leaks have a tendency to draw the conclusion that a leak is an indication that the roof should be replaced as a whole. We do not subscribe to this misconception. Shingles that have become brittle with age would be the only issue that would preclude repairs.
