Dave quoted me a price to replace a rotten timber about 3 ft long. He based his quote on a picture and estimated it would take a half a day for two men and it would involve resetting two layers of bricks above and below the timber. The actual time spent on the job took only 15 minutes and the bricks did not require resetting. I called a requested a refund of a portion of the job. He was not willing to do so. I would not recommend Terrafirma for any repair work on your patio. They simply charge too much for the amount of work involved.

We had a fantastic experience with Terrafirma! Not only do they do quality work, but they are extremely trustworthy and timely. They arrive when planned and work through poor weather to get the job done. Ryan was so helpful with picking products and design for our deck and surrounding areas.
