Dr. Ziad Salameh established ZSLLC with the vision of creating an engineering and consulting firm founded on exceptional standards of integrity and service. We treat all of our clients' facilities as if they are our own. The ZS team is composed of experienced and insightful professionals, qualified to tackle a full range of challenging projects of all types and scales. Our team brings extensive experience in the public and private sectors, ranging from complex and sensitive historic restoration to fast-track design-build projects and intelligent virtual modeling of buildings.
The ZS team is composed of engineers, architects, designers, and materials scientists, each with a broad collection of abilities and interests. The common motivation we all have is our profound passion for structures and buildings. What distinguishes us is our sincere respect for our clients' goals and interests. We treat each of our projects as if it was our own, taking care of every aspect of the design and construction process from start to finish. Our talented professionals utilize state-of-the-art technology and advanced documentation methods, guaranteeing the highest level of accuracy for each project.
What if you joined a firm that supports both your career and your passions, while giving you the flexibility and support needed for a good work-life balance? ZS is an architectural engineering firm that specializes in Structural Engineering, Building Enclosure Consulting, Building Access/Fall Protection Consulting, BIM Consulting, and Forensic Engineering. With offices in Milwaukee, Chicago, Denver, and Raleigh, we offer a diverse range of projects and provide a stimulating work environment. We set extremely high standards so that our clients share in our success.
Our priority is to produce a lasting, efficient solution that will maximize the performance of your facility. Through insightful design capabilities and state-of-the-art performance testing methods, our team will ensure that the design target you envision is the result you receive. With experienced LEED accredited professionals and sustainable-minded forensic building specialists, the ZS team approaches every project as a holistic investigation into overall facility efficiency. We assess the life-cycle cost of each new building component and evaluate the condition of existing features.
ZS' ability to assist building owners and design teams in recognizing building exterior fall hazards in an invaluable service we offer to our clients. With OSHA now requiring building owners to provide certified anchorages to be used as tie-backs for facade access, ZS' extensive experience developing OSHA compliant exterior access systems is essential now more than ever. While many buildings have sufficient structure to support standard anchor installation, others, such as historic buildings, require custom designs.
ZS offers a full range of structural engineering services to both public and private sector clients and our engineers possess over 40 years of experience in both new construction and the rehabilitation of existing buildings. ZS engineers address both the structure's use and economic feasibility without losing focus on the architectural distinction that defines each facility. Our structural engineers have provided exceptional service to clients by providing schematic design, final design, and construction administration services on projects in excess of $600M.
