SCOPE OF WORK: Cut out and recaulk all precast joints, clean all precast. Coordinate all for multiple trades, entry overhead protection and manage all hoisting of materials, equipment, scaffolding to the roof. This was a challenging project in an occupied building. The owner was extremely happy with the work we performed and the management of the exterior operations. Jabral, Inc. was established in 1961 as a caulking contractor. Founders Arthur and Verna Lau started the company after Art had worked for a competitor and was not happy with the way employees were being treated.
